Plans & billing
Free, Pro and Team, what each includes, upgrading, managing billing and teams.
Capturing, search and tags are free. Pro adds more AI and room to grow; Team gives everyone Pro and one bill.

Search & indexing (600 an hour) and automation runs (300 an hour) are the same on every plan. Settings → Usage shows how much of each you've used and when it resets.
Early accounts have Pro on us: Settings → Plan & billing says Early access.
Upgrade
Open the plans. Settings → Plan & billing → Upgrade, or the Upgrade link that appears when you reach a limit.
Pick. Monthly or yearly, Pro or Team (with the number of seats), then Continue.
Pay. Checkout opens in your browser. When you come back, your plan updates within a few seconds.
Manage billing opens the billing portal: card, invoices, seats and cancelling.
Team
The owner buys seats and runs the team from Settings → Plan & billing:
- Invite by email; each invite comes with a link to send (
ideabucket.app/team/…). Pending invites count toward seats. - Join: open the link while signed in (or sign in after opening it) and confirm.
- Remove a member, or Leave as a member. Either frees the seat.
- Rename the team.
Members get Team limits while they're in the team. Their ideas stay their own: others only see what's in a shared tag.
When a payment fails
You keep your plan for 7 days while the payment is retried. Settings shows Update card.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Manage billing. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted: ideas, tags and rules above Free's limits stay, but new ones wait until you're under the limit again.
If checkout says billing isn't set up
"Billing isn't set up yet" means paid plans aren't open for checkout yet. Nothing is charged and your current plan keeps working.
