Shared tags
Share one tag with other people, so everyone's ideas with that tag land in one shared bucket.
Share a tag, like #argu, and everyone you invite sees every idea tagged #argu: yours, and theirs. Everything else in your bucket stays private.

Share a tag
Right-click any #argu tag (long-press on touch) and choose Share #argu…. Or open it from Profile → Shared tags.

Choose Share #argu.
Invite people
- Invite link: choose Create link, then copy it. Anyone signed in who opens it can join, until you turn it off.
- By email: type an address and choose Invite. They get an email, and see the invite on Drop when they sign in with that address.
Before joining, people see who invited them and how many of their own ideas the tag would show. Choose New link to replace a link; the old one stops working.

Other people's ideas show everywhere yours do: Drop, Find and Explore, with the author's name on the card. Shared tags carry a small people mark.
In Find, the Anyone button narrows the list to one person ("everything Maya added") and to ideas in or not in your shared tags.
Details
- Only ideas with the shared tag are shown. A member's other tags on that idea are visible on the card, but not their other ideas.
- Trashed ideas are never shown. Archive, Trash and your tag counts in Profile list only your own ideas.
- Automations run only on your own ideas, even in a shared tag.
- Connected assistants see shared ideas too, and can add notes to them, but can only change your own.
- You can be in one shared tag per name: you can't join a second #argu from someone else.
- A shared tag can't be merged into another. Stop sharing or leave it first.
- Up to 20 members per tag, and 20 shared tags per account. Email invites expire after 14 days, links after 30.
- Your display name (Settings → Profile) is what members see on your ideas and notes.
Leave or stop sharing
- Members: open the tag from Profile → Shared tags and choose Leave #argu. Your ideas stay in your bucket; they just stop being shared.
- The person who shared it: remove anyone under Members, or choose Stop sharing #argu. Members lose access to the ideas that aren't theirs. Nothing is deleted.
